Our Promise to You
At Pebble, we know relationships require trust — and that starts with how we handle your data. Whether you’re opening up about something sensitive or just checking in, your privacy is treated with the same care we’d want for ourselves.
Your information is encrypted and protected. And when you opt in to share your conversation history to help improve Pebble, we strip out any personal identifiers first. That data helps us fine-tune our AI so that we can offer better support to you and others on their journey.
As Pebble evolves, our policies might too — but protecting your privacy will always be a non-negotiable.
1. What We Collect
We gather two types of information when you use Pebble:
Personal Information (things that can identify you)
Your name, if you provide it
Contact details like your email or phone number
Your IP address or other device identifiers
Text-based conversation data, but only if you opt in to share it
Non-Personal Information (things that can’t identify you)
App activity and usage patterns (e.g. what you click on or how long you stay)
General location (e.g. city or region)
Device details (like mobile vs. desktop)
2. How We Use Your Info
Here’s how your information helps us improve Pebble:
To personalize your experience and deliver features you’ve opted into
To understand patterns and improve the platform overall
To communicate with you, when needed
To train our AI — only with consent and only with de-identified conversation data
To comply with laws and respond to legal requests
We sometimes work with third-party providers (like for hosting, analytics, or messaging) and may share limited information with them — but only what’s needed to help Pebble run smoothly.
3. How We Keep It Safe
We take security seriously. Some of the protections we use include:
Data encryption (in transit and at rest)
Multi-factor authentication
Role-based access controls
Separating your identity from your data where possible (using internal ID keys)
Even with strong protections, no system is bulletproof. We’re constantly reviewing our practices and updating them to stay ahead of potential risks.
4. Third-Party Links
You might find links to other websites in Pebble. Once you click away, their rules apply — not ours. Make sure to read their privacy policies if you visit those sites.
5. Children Under 13
Pebble isn’t designed for children under 13. If we discover someone under 13 has shared personal data, we’ll delete it. If you’re aware of this happening, contact us at support@trypebble.ai.
6. Marketing Preferences
If you choose to receive updates or offers from us, we’ll occasionally send you emails or in-app messages. You can opt out anytime by:
Clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails
Turning off notifications in your Pebble app settings
7. Who We Work With
We rely on select third-party partners to help us operate Pebble (e.g. cloud providers, customer support tools). We only work with partners who meet our security standards and comply with data protection laws.
8. If Data Crosses Borders
Your data might be stored or processed in countries other than your own. Some places may not have the same privacy protections. Still, we apply the same careful handling and safeguards no matter where your data lives.
9. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and other tools to understand how people use Pebble. This helps us improve the experience. You can usually turn off cookies in your browser settings — just know that some features might not work as intended without them.
10. How Long We Keep Your Info
We keep your info only as long as it’s needed for the reasons listed above — or until you ask us to delete it. (More on that below.)

Or use the in-app “delete my data” option (if available)
If you’ve created an account, you’ll also need to delete your account to fully remove your contact details. We’ll handle your request as quickly as possible.
12. When We Update This Policy
We’ll post any changes to this policy right here. If we make significant updates, we’ll do our best to notify you through the app or email.
